Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar (or distilled white wine vinegar)
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup red onion--diced fine
- 2 cucumbers--peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into large dices
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients and stir to dissolve.
Place onion and cucumbers in a bowl.
Dress, toss, and chill.
Serve as a salad, side dish, or as a condiment for fish.
