Christmas Cookie Martini (Valerie Robinson)

Ingredients

  • Garnish:
  • 2 Oz Bailey's Irish Creme
  • 2 Oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 2 Oz Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
  • 1/2 Oz Half and Half
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Mini Candy Cane, Mini Gingerbread cookie on a stick, Red Sugar for Rim

Preparation

Step 1

Start with a chilled martini glass. Dip the rim of the glass onto a damp paper towell to moisten. Then dip into the red sugar, to coat the rim. Squirt a small amount of chocolate syrup into the glass.

In cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients with lots of ice. Shake well and pour into the martini glass. Garnish with a mini candy cane.
