Ingredients
- 6 T (3 T) butter
- 4 (2) Egg Yolks
- Juice & rind of 2 (1) Lemon
- 6 T (3T) Flour
- 2 C (1 C) Sugar
- 2 C (1 C) Milk
Details
Cooking time 60mins
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together buttter and egg yolks
Mix the rest of the ingrecients in with butter & Egg Yolks
Beat egg whites until stiff
Fold into batter
bake approximately 1 hr. in 300 oven (bottom shelf)
Makes 9" pie - use figures in () for 8" pie.
