    (2) Egg Yolks

  • Juice & rind of 2 (1) Lemon

  • 6

    T (3T) Flour

  • 2

    C (1 C) Sugar

  • 2

    C (1 C) Milk

Directions

Beat together buttter and egg yolks Mix the rest of the ingrecients in with butter & Egg Yolks Beat egg whites until stiff Fold into batter bake approximately 1 hr. in 300 oven (bottom shelf) Makes 9" pie - use figures in () for 8" pie.
