Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2/3 c. peanut butter
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 10 large marshmallows (about 1 c., lightly packed.)

Preparation

Step 1

In top of double boiler, combine sugar, peanut butter, milk, marshmallows, and chocolate. Place over simmering water and cook, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows melt. Pour into 8” square buttered pan. Cool. Cut into 1” pieces.
