Ingredients

  • pizza filling - mix together:
  • 10 oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough or croissant rolls
  • 1 beaten egg w/ 2 t water
  • 3 T parm cheese
  • 1/3 C minced pepperoni
  • 1/4 C pizza sauce
  • 1/2 t italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together pizza filling.

Roll out dough and cut into 3" squares

Fill w/ 1 t pizza filling

Brush edges w/ egg mix

Fold into a triangle and press edges to seal

Prick tops w/ fork

Brush egg mix on top of calzones

Bake for 10-12 mins at 425

Sprinkle w/ cheese
