Leslie’s Aunt’s Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup + 2 T milk
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cubes melted margarine
  • 2 cups chopped nuts or coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add. Add margarine and nuts. Bake at 350 for 25 min. in a greased 9 x 13” pan.

Frost while hot with:


2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
¼ cup melted margarine or butter
1 t. vanilla and a little water
