Shrimp De Jonghe *GOOD*

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 2 pounds large shrimp
  • Dash of paprika
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, salt and garlic. Mix in bread crumbs, parsley, sherry, pepper and paprika.

Peel, devein and cook shrimp to simmering water 5 minutes. Rinse and drain.

Place shrimp in bottom of baking pan. Cover with crumb mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes,or until crumbs are golden brown.
