Ingredients

  • 1

    lb chicken

  • 1

    cup milk or water

  • 1/2

    cup sourcream

  • 1

    TB minced onion

  • 1/2

    tsp seasoned salt

  • salt & peper to taste

  • rice

  • shredded cheese

  • chinese noodles

  • diced tomatoes optional

  • chopped peppers optional

  • mini pineapple optional

  • sliced olives optional

Directions

Place chicken in crock pot. Combine milk, sour cream, onion and seasonings and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and keep on low setting while your prepare the rice. Cook rice according to package directions (can substitute chicken broth for water for more flavor). Pour sauce over rice and top with remaining ingredients.
