Curried Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 cans peach slices
  • 1 can sliced pears
  • 1 can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 2 cans Dark pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Butter; melted

Preparation

Step 1

Drain first five ingredients well and toss with curry powder. Mix remaining
ingredients and sprinkle on top.

Bake 30 minutes at 325 - 350 °F
