Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups (or more) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute green pepper and onion in large nonstick skillet until tender. Remove from heat.
Add mushrooms, soup, pimentoes and basil; mix well.
Layer noodles, chicken, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and sauce 1/2 at a time in greased 7x11 baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350* for 45-60 min or until brown and bubbly.
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
