    green bell pepper, chopped

    onion, chopped

    (6 oz) can mushrooms, drained

  • 1

    (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained

  • ½

    tsp basil

    lasagna noodles, cooked

  • 3

    cups chopped cooked chicken

  • 2

    cups (or more) shredded cheddar cheese

  • cups cottage cheese

  • parmesan cheese


Saute green pepper and onion in large nonstick skillet until tender. Remove from heat. Add mushrooms, soup, pimentoes and basil; mix well. Layer noodles, chicken, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and sauce 1/2 at a time in greased 7x11 baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350* for 45-60 min or until brown and bubbly. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
