  • roast 6 cloves of garlic in foil in oven
  • Dressing
  • 1 TBSP dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic - roasted
  • stems of mushrooms chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

roast garlic

mix all ingredients for the dressing - add roasted garlic when done cooking

grill mushroom caps

place on plate and pour dressing over
