Beef Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 2 T. dijon
  • 1 T. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 5-6 lb. Beef Tenderloin, trimmed

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate for 24 hrs. turning often.
Place on rack in roasing pan. Cover with strips of bacon if desired.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes for medium rare. Let sit 10 minutes before carving.
