  • Add to the creamed mixture:
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup raisins. Combine these first 3 ingredients and let the raisins sit in the egg/vanilla mixture for at least an hour. (The soaking of the raisins is what make the cookies so moist)
  • Cream together the following: 1 Cup butter, 1 Cup brown sugar, 1 Cup white sugar.
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsps. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Cups oatmeal (old fashioned)
  • Egg and raisin mixture.

Step 1

Mix all together and drop spoonfuls on cookie sheet (I spray sheet with Pam even though lots of butter in cookies) and bake at 350. Check cookies at 9 minutes. Remove onto rack.
This recipe also halves easily. (They're GOOD!)
