Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound skirt steak
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • steak season

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a hot grill.
Rince skirt steak off under cold water and dry with paper towel.
season both sides with salt and pepper and steak seasons.

Cook on medium hot grill about 2 minutes per side, a little longer for medium well.

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Cut meat across grain and serve with salad and roasted potatoes.
