Pot Roast in Foil

Ingredients

  • 4 lb beef arm blade or cross rib pot roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • 8 medium carrots, cut crosswise in halves
  • 2 T. water

Preparation

Step 1

Place piece of aluminum foil in ungreased pan (13x9.
Place beef in pan. Mix soup and dry onion soup and spread over beef. Add vegetables, sprinkle with water. Fold foil over and seal. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
