Ingredients

  • Sirloin tip cut in strips
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 4 T. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 T. chopped onion
  • 2 garlic buds, chopped
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 T. accent ( I use Lawry's Seasoning)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients. Marinate meat overnight. Weave on sticks. Broil until brown.
