Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. GF flour
  • 4 tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Roll out on floured surface. Put a generous amount of flour on top of the dough. Roll out to desired thickness. Cut into noodles. Dry for about 2 hours on a rack. Drop into boiling broth. Boil 20 - 25 minutes.
