Peachy Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 cups day-old bread cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 can (21 oz.) Peach Fruit Filling

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350F. Spread bread cubes in greased 9" square baking pan.

2. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract. Stir in 1 cup peach filling.

3. Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread with back of spoon.

4. Bake 30-40 minutes, until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Heat remaining peach filling and spoon over warm pudding.
