- 1 pound of red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles
- 8 oz bacon, crisply cooked, chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
• Tos potato wedges with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish.
• Bake at 400F. oven for about 30 minutes until tender.
• Mix blue cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until cheeses are melted.
