  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • cream
  • milk
  • 2 C Gueyre cheese
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Butter casserole dish. Pour about 1 C or so of cream/milk in bottom of the pan. Put down a layer of potatoes, salt then cheese, more cream, another layer of potatoes, salt and cheese. Pat with butter. Place in 350 degree oven covered for about 30 minutes. Uncover and cook another 30 minutes.
