Fudgy Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients

• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 sticks butter or margarine
• 1-1/4 cups sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and butter in large bowl.
2. Stir in sugar, cool slightly.
3. Whisk in eggs.
4. Stir in flour and salt.
5. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 2 cups marshmallows and 1 cup walnuts.
6. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
8. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup marshmallows, 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips and press them in lightly.
9. Return to oven for 2 minutes.
10. Cool.
11. Refrigerate until firm.
