Mixed Fruit Crumble

Ingredients

  • Fruit:
  • 12 oz. mixed fruit, either raw or frozen (frozen berries work great)
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, cold and diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the fruit with the sugar and cornstarch. If fruit is frozen, thaw first.

Mix the topping ingredients with a mixer until you have large crumbles.

Spray small casserole dish with Pam. Put fruit mixture in the dish. Spread the topping on top.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream if desired.
