Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) Lite Cool Whip
• 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 Packages Cream cheese (room temp)
• 1/3 cup Lemon juice
• 3/4 Cup Milk (Use whole or Sweetened Condensed, your choice) We used 2% Milk.
• Strawberry Glaze or your favorite topping like chocolate swirl, etc.
• Graham Crackers or Delicious with fruits also!

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix Cream Cheese and lemon Juice until smooth.
Add cool whip and fold into cream cheese mix add pudding mix, stir adding milk slowly until smooth
Once smooth place in display bowl and top with graham cracker crumbs.
Chill in refrigerator and serve with graham crackers
