Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 medium acorn squash, seeded and halved
  • 2 Tbls. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbls. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place squash flesh side up in a casserole dish or square baking pan. Add a small amount of water to the pan to retain moisture while cooking. Place butter and brown sugar in the middle of each half. Roast for 45-60 mins, or until squash is tender
