Ingredients

  • Left Over Pizza Dough
  • 2 bars (about 1.5 Oz. Bar) Godiva Or Other Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • (I used chocolate chips)

Preparation

Step 1

Divide the pizza dough into equal balls. Flour your workspace and roll the balls into approximately 3.5-4 inch rounds. Transfer the rounds to a baking sheet. Place 1/8 piece of Godiva chocolate bar in the center of each round (1/2 of each square). Fold the dough over and smoosh the edge closed with a fork. Be sure to really press the edge so that the chocolate doesn’t leak out.

Move the little calzones around as needed. Brush the tops with the melted butter. Then sprinkle on the sugar and cinnamon. You can sprinkle them separately or mix them together. Bake the calzones for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is cooked through and light golden brown.
