  • 1 box (12 pieces) GF lasagna noodles
  • 2 , 16-oz. container low fat ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 large jars marinara sauce
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese



Step 1

Cook noodles as per package instructions.

Mix the ricotta cheese with one egg, minced garlic.

In a 9-x-13 inch Pyrex casserole, spread cooked noodle strips and add ingredients in 3 layers. Noodles, ricotta, marinara, mozza, and parmesan. ( 2 more times)

Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with vegetable spray and cover casserole. Bake at 350°F for 45-60 min.
