  • 2 cups fiber one cereal
  • 4 tbsps light butter, melted
  • 1 small container sugar free cool whip
  • key lime juice
  • splenda to taste

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor, grind cereal to a bread crumb like consistency. Combine crumbs with melted butter and stir well. In a pie pan sprayed with non stick spray, evenly distribute cereal mixture, using your hands to press it on bottom and up sides. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes.. Set aside.
Mix defrosted cool whip, key lime juice, and splenda until you have the tartness and sweetness you like. Pour into crust. refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
