Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup bottled lemon juice from concentrate
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients; brush both sides of chicken with mixture.
Broil or grill chicken 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in center, brushing occasionally with remaining soy sauce mixture
