Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 Bag - Grated ORE-IDA country style hash browns (26 oz)
- 1 Can - Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Cup - Sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tsp - Salt
- 1/4 Tsp - Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Chopped Green Onions (tops & most of the stem)
- 2 Cup - Grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 Cup - Butter (melted)
- 2 Cup - Potato Chips (crushed)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add grated potatoes and stir to combine.
Place in a greased 13" by 9" casserole dish.
Top with butter and potato chips mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
