Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cup blueberries
- Crumb Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Butter; softened

Step 1
For the cake part, thoroughly mix the sugar, crisco and egg. Stir in the
milk. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmet. Stir into
the egg mixture. Blend in the blueberries carefully. Spread the batter in a
greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
For topping, mix together all the topping ingredients until crumbly and
sprinkle over the top.
Bake in a moderate oven - 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick
thrust into the center of the cake comes out clean.
