Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pound shrimp,raw and peeled and deveined
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- spinach fettucine
Preparation
Step 1
Saute bacon until crisp. Remove from pan, crumble and set aside. Drain off fat. In same pan, saute shrimp and garlic in olive oil for two minutes. Add remaining ingredients, including reserved bacon. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Serve over cooked spinach fettucine.
