Mint Jelly Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. mint jelly
  • 113 stick butter
  • 112 oz. green creme de menthe
  • 1 oz. Brandy
  • 112 tsp. marjoram

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in small pan. Cook for 20 minutes on medium-low
flame. Serve over Leg of Lamb or Lamb Chops.
