Brunch Bread

Ingredients

  • Saute:
  • 1 lg. onion in 1 T. oleo
  • Add:
  • 1 (8oz) sour cream
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. dill weed
  • 1 t. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar
  • Mix:
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can (8 3/4 oz)creamed corn
  • (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 t. hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put bread mixture in greased 8" x 11" baking dish. Drop sour cream mixture on top of bread mixture by spoonfuls.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes @ 400 degrees.
