Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. frozen imitation crab meat
  • 4 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1 TBS butter and 1 TBS oil
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup petit peas
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream (1/2 pint)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw crab meat in warm water. Cook pasta; drain.
Melt butter in oil in skillet. Saute' zucchini-add mushrooms and peas; sauté' until peas are thawed.
Melt 1/4 cup butter with vegetables. Stir in cream, parmesan cheese, basil and pepper-leave in skillet.
Cut crab meat into 1/2" pieces. Microwave crab in a small amount of water until heated through-drain.
Add crab meat and pasta to creamed vegetables in skillet-mix.
