Ingredients
- 2 oz balsamic vinegar
- 6 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
1.In a screw top jar add all ingredients .Cover and Shake well.
2.When adding to salad drizzle a small amount, toss and add to the consistency you want.
NOTE; Will keep up to one week in the refrigerate. Let sit at room temperature and reshake for next serving
