Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 2-3 tbsp northwoods fire
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 c cooked pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Heat lg skillet over high heat. Coat shirmp with olive oil and 2 tbsp lemon juice, then toss. Sprinkle on northwoods fire and salt, stirring to distribute. Saute in hot skillet for 4-5 min, tossing frequently. Remove shrimp and deglaze pan with lemon juice, add 1/3c water. Place pan over high heat, reduce liquid by half, adding 1-2 tsp butter at this point for a richer sauce. Add pasta, stirring to coat. Divide shrimp and pasta between plates.
