Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed or 2 tsps fresh oregano, snipped
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a screw top jar combine all ingredients, cover and shake well.
NOTE : Makes enough dressing for my Greek Salad recipe. Dressing can be doubled and left over dressing can be refrigerated up to one week
