- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 jar (17.25) Pace Enchilada Sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 10 to 12 flour or corn tortillas (6")

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1 cup cheese.
Warm tortillas according to pkg. directions. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 13x9x2" baking dish.
Spoon about 2 tbsp. meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in prepared dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 10 to 12 enchiladas.
