Granola: Homemade

This is fabulous with honey vanilla yogart and berries. My husband eats it right out of the storage container as a snack.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup honey (Clover)
- 4 cups regular dry oat meal
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups blanched almonds
- (Optional: Assortment of dry fruit)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350*
2 cookie sheets lined with foil and then parchement paper or silpats
Combine all the ingredients together and spread onto cookie sheets in a thin layer. Bake 350* for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and with a spatula flip the granola over and scrape the mixture on the cookie sheet so that it's mixed well. Bake another l5 or 20 minutes until golden. Check to make sure the mixture is completely golden all the way through.
Cool completely and store in dry containers.
