  • 1 1 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon Ancho chile powder
  • 2 2 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 1 1 "Negra Modela beer
  • 12 12 12 small corn tortillas
  • sharp white cheddar cheese Shredded

  • Heat the olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pot or dutch oven over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and onions and saute until onions are translucent.
