Ingredients

  • (My Bisquick mix):
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix (I make my own)
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 5 tbsp canola oil
  • Reserve extra mix in refrigerator

Preparation

Step 1

Stir milk and eggs until blended. Stir into baking mix. Do not overstir.

For Fluffier pancakes: add 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 4 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. baking powder.

Pour onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden.

Add chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla or fruit for extra flavor.
