Ingredients
- 1 pork roast/loin
- garlic buds – stuff slivers into the roast
- salt and pepper
- Italian Seasoning – use lots!
- Gravy Master – optional, but we always use it (3-5 drops)
- Parsley – very little
- Water – about 1/2 c or more
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the crock-pot and cook for up to 4 hours or until it begins to fall apart with a little help. Serve on rolls.
