Ingredients
- 2 sheets frozen pastry puff
- 2/3 cup Dijon Mustard, divided
- 3/4 lb. proscuitto, sliced very thin, divided
- 2 cups shredded provolone, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a large baking sheet. Working with 1 sheet of the puff pastry dough, keeping remaining sheet cold, roll out on a floured surface to about a 14 inch square. Brush with a thin layer of mustard. Cover with half of the proscuitto and top with half of the cheese. Roll the pastry tightly from the long end and pinch and seal the ends and tuck under. Repeat with remaining dough and ingredients.
Cut into slices and place cut side up on sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
