Asian Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. spinach--cleaned and stemmed
  • 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove--peeled and finely minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in saute pan on medium heat.
Add spinach, cook until it begins to wilt.
Add all other ingredients and toss.
Serve.
