Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head lettuce, chopped or shredded
- 1 package grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 1/4
- cup scallions, chopped
- Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 package Doritos
Preparation

Serve with Doritos crumbled on top and Thousand Island dressing. To make it lower in fat, substitute ground turkey for the hamburger, use a fat-free Thousand Island dressing and crumble up baked tortilla chips instead of fried ones.
