Blackberry Cobbler (Arvetta Tite)

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Blackberries (16 oz bag)
  • 2 1/2 Cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Pre-made Pastry Crust

Preparation

Step 1

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Roll Pastry for double crust cobbler thin and line a 2” deep baking dish
• Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
• Pour fruit filling into dish and dot with butter
• Cover with remaining pasty
• Sprinkle with sugar and dot with more butter
• Bake until brown and bubbly
