PIE - PECAN FROM MOM

Ingredients

  • Pre-made unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. light corn syrup
  • 1 C. pecans

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Combine first 6 ingredients with mixer. Add pecans.

3. Place in unbaked pie crust and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes and 325°F for 30 minutes.
