"Spicy Spare Ribs".

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs.country style spare ribs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate ribs in a mixture of the first 6 ingredients in a 9x13 pan for 1-2 hrs. Leave ribs in marinade and bake covered for 1 hr. at 350. Remove cover and spread barbecue sauce over each of the ribs. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 45 mins. longer.
