Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbs horseradish, drained
- 2 cups shrimp, chopped. Let stand in refrigerator
- 1/2 cup ripe olive, sliced
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 4 to 6 scallions, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, and ketchup together. Put on a serving plate.
2. Add shrimp on top of cheese mixture.
3. Mix tomatoes, olives, scallions, and green pepper. Put on top of shrimp.
4. Add grated cheese to top of dish.
5. Chill. Serve on crackers.
